Colors TV's popular show Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka starring Drashti Dhami, Shakti Arora, and Aditi Sharma is currently showcasing a great drama as Kunal's (Shakti Arora) Nandini's (Drashti Dhami) and Mauli's (Aditi Sharma) relation is at stake. The show will now take a leap of a few years. Post the leap the serial will showcase new faces and characters as the main lead Drashti Dhami has quit the show.
Drashti decided to quit the show a few weeks back and now we've some exclusive news for all you fans wondering why the actress left the show mid-way. For the unversed, Drashti on Wednesday posted an album of pictures on her Instagram account saying a final goodbye to the team of Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka. The actress posted a heartfelt caption with the pictures.

While fans are reeling from the shocking development, a source close to the serial exclusively told PeepingMoon, "Drashti did not want to play the role of a mother after the leap on the show. She felt she is too young to play such roles. Most importantly, she did not want to get the tag of a home breaker on the show and leave a negative impact on the audience and hence she decided to let go of the show".
The show was going to showcase Nandini's character in a negative light after the leap.
Drashti's Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka co-star Shakti also posted a picture on the gram with a warm goodbye message for the actress.
