After two fun-filled and hilarious episodes with Deepika Padukone - Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh - Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar's popular chat show Koffee With Karan Season 6 featured Aamir Khan gracing the fabled couch during the latest episode. Now with Mr. Perfectionist making a solo appearance, we can assure that the episode was one hell of a roller coaster ride with the actor making some interesting revelations.
Now as KJo welcomed Aamir on his show, he pointed out that he considers himself 'lucky' since the actor rarely makes appearances on television. When he further prodded Aamir on why he actually wanted to do this show, Aamir quipped, "For one, it is entertaining. Secondly, my film Thugs of Hindostan is coming." Hearing this, Karan questioned him if he's 'using' him to promote his film, to which the actor hilariously said, "yes".
Furthermore, Aamir stated how he's nervous about the release of his film as he fears if it would match up to their expectations. Speaking about it, he said, "People are used to see my film with some message in it or some concept, but this is a mainstream kind of film. Though I enjoyed doing this film, but I just hope the audience enjoys watching it."
Thugs of Hindostan is slated to release on November 8.
