Will Saumya Tandon QUIT 'Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai' to start her family?

Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai fame Saumya Tandon is expecting her first baby. She announced the good news with a social media post.

Posting photos of her baby bump, she wrote, "Woke up feeling like a magician today, feel like a superhero without a cape most days now, filled with blessing and godliness. Constantly excited by the buzzing in my head and the sudden pump of hormones; this promises to be a fascinating ride. The big news-I'm PREGNANT and trying to soak in every moment of it! Need your best wishes throughout. Thanks @sachin113photographer for capturing my happy moments. You are too sweet."

A few months back, there were rumours doing the rounds that Saumya has left the show because she was pregnant. However, Binaifer Kohli, the producer of Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai denied this news by saying that Saumya is still a part of the show.

“Motherhood is just a great feeling and I am so happy that Saumya is pregnant. This is the best phase of her life and I want her to enjoy the most. She is a very hard working woman and in spite of not keeping well; she used to come down to Naigon and complete her shooting. We have enough episodes bank and there is no plan of replacing her. Neither has she asked to quit the show. Let her enjoy this beautiful phase of her life,” Binaifer said in a statement.

When Saumya was asked about her plans to work post pregnancy, she said, ““I know there will be a lot of questions about my work plan, but there would be a right place and time for those answers. Right now, it is about celebrating and taking all your good wishes for me. Of course, I plan to continue working and acting as long as I live. Hate to give this explanation though. I don’t think being a mother makes any woman hold back her passion, dream or work. It only empowers her more. What I can assure everyone is that I will keep on trying to the raise the bar for myself and hope to not disappoint the viewers with my work.”
