Comedian Kapil Sharma is all set to tie the knot with his longtime girlfriend Ginni Chatrath on December 12. Reportedly, the ceremonies will begin from December 10, with a Mata Ka Jagran at Kapil’s sister residence in Amritsar.

Apparently, Kapil has got his good friend - singer Richa Sharma to perform at the Jagran along with Master Saleem, who is known for his Punjabi devotional songs. We also hear that singer-actor Gurdas Maan will perform on his wedding since Ginni is a huge fan of the Punjabi musician.

For the reception, which is scheduled to on December 14 in Mumbai, Kapil has got his music idol Daler Mehndi.
Earlier, Kapil told a media agency that his and Ginni's family plan to have a lavish wedding. "We wanted to keep it a low key. But Ginni is the only daughter in her family. Her folks wanted the wedding to be on a lavish scale. And I completely understand their sentiments. My mother also wants the wedding to be lavish," said the comedian.
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Kapil recently announced that he would begin shooting for the new season of The Kapil Sharma Show soon. The promotions have also started and the comedian is appearing on a number of reality shows including Kaun Banega Crorepati and Indian Idol.
