Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 3 that stars Surbhi Jyoti, Pearl V Puri, Karishma Tanna, Rajat Tokas and Anita Hassanandani in the lead roles have been ruling the TRP chart since a long time. But now, we hear that this popular fantasy drama will go off air next month (February 2019).

Apparently, Ekta is planning to bring Kavach back on small screen. The first season that starred Mona Singh, Vivek Dahiya and Mahek Chahal had replaced Naagin 2. Now we hear that the second season of Kavach will be replacing Naagin 3 and Prachi Desai is being considered to play a lead role.

For the unversed Prachi who shot to fame with her role of Bani in TV show Kasamh Se opposite Ram Kapoor,  left television industry ten years back to chase her tinsel town dreams. And now, she is making a fiction show comeback after a gap of nearly a decade with Kavach 2. Interestingly, Prachi will once again be paired opposite Ram Kapoor in Kavach 2. While Sakshi Tanwar will be seen as Ram's first wife who will be killed in the show, Prachi will play his second wife.
