Comedian Kapil Sharma's hitmaker comic talk show, The Kapil Sharma Show has been hosting celebrities ahead of their film promotions. The recent ones to join the list were Anil Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, and Rajkummar Rao to promote their next release Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. Like always the episode promises to tickle your funny bone but that’s not all, the recently married Sonam also shared secrets about husband Anand Ahuja on the show and we couldn't help but spill the beans!

During the shoot, Anil Kapoor, Sonam’s father, was asked whether he was on a groom hunt for Sonam to which Anil happily denied. Sonam indeed had her story to tell regarding this. She admitted that she had met Anand first and when she was sure about him she shared the good news with her family.

Sonam was also lauded by Kapil for resuming work right after marriage. He was amazed to see Sonam remove her traditional chooda soon after weeding which is ideally worn for minimum 45 days by a new bride. Sonam further elaborated that her America returned husband was amused to see her in traditional chooda and asked to remove the bangles as he didn’t find them matching well with her outfits!

Sonam further shared a hilarious moment from her wedding where Anand outsmarted her sister brigade and most importantly Swara Bhaskar, who had planned the 'joote chupane ki rasam’. Apparently, Anand kept his brother’s shoes in place of his own and Swara failed to hide Anand’s shoes, but she still got her ‘Shagun’.
