Ekta Kapoor to host 'naamkaran' ceremony for her baby boy Ravie on February 11?

Ekta Kapoor welcomed a baby boy through surrogacy on January 27. She named her son Ravie Kapoor, after her Dad, Jeetendra (whose original name is Ravi). And to celebrate the arrival of her baby boy, Ekta is reportedly organising a 'naamkaran' ceremony at her residence in Juhu on February 11, 2019. The ceremony is expected to be a star-studded affair where Ekta will introduce her munchkin to her near and dear ones.

Ekta shared the good news with her fans on January 31 on her social media with the caption, "By God's grace, I have seen many successes in my life but nothing beats the feelings of this beautiful soul being added in my world. I cannot even begin to express how happy my baby's birth has made me. Everything in life doesn't go the way you want it to but there are always solutions to those hiccups. I found mine and today I feel immensely blessed to become a parent. It is an emotional moment for me and my family and I can't wait to begin this new journey of being a mother to my little bundle of joy, Ravie Kapoor."

For the unversed, Ekta had been trying to get pregnant for the last seven years. The TV czarina posted a note, where her doctor revealed that Ekta has been trying various methods to get pregnant over the years.

Ekta's brother Tusshar Kapoor welcomed Laksshya Kapoor through surrogacy using IVF in 2016.
