Newcomer Tara Sutaria has addressed her relationship status on the sixth season of filmmaker Karan Johar’s celebrity chat show Koffee With Karan and revealed that she is, indeed single. Tara is rumoured to have dated Ishaan Khatter and Baazaar star Rohan Mehra previously but she clarified that at the moment, she isn’t in a relationship.

“No, I am not dating,” Tara said on KWK 6, asked about her relationship status. Of her equation with Ishaan, Tara said that they are childhood friends but refused to answer whether she has ever dated him.

“Ishaan and I are actually childhood friends and we've known each other since a very long time,” Tara said while Karan interrupted her, saying, “Ishaan’s mother Neelima Azeem came to wish you on your birthday. I found that very beautiful.”

“He came to my party because we're friends and his mum's so lovely,” Tara responded but pat came Karan’s response, “And it's quite natural for the mother and son to drop into a girl's party?”

“He was invited,” Tara said, as Karan asked her, “So, now you’re single?” and she said, “Yes, I am.”

Ishaan Khatter made his debut in Bollywood with Beyond The Clouds in 2018 and subsequently appeared in Dhadak opposite Janhvi Kapoor.
