Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress Divyanka Tripathi took a break from her hectic schedule to cast her vote in hometown, Bhopal. The actress visited the polling booth along with her parents – Narendra and Neelam Tripathi.
After casting the vote, Divyanka posted the picture with her family members with the caption, "I have cast my vote. With family. Did you? #Election2019 #MPStateIcon." (sic)

On the same day, the actress was also spotted attending the launch of her mother’s art academy which has been named after her. Sharing her excitement on the same, Divyanka said, “I was thrilled when my mother decided to name the institute after my name, which I also feel is an added responsibility. Divyanka Art Academy will be a one stop destination for people across all age groups to pursue their interests and passions. Painting, Dancing and various other workshops will be held under one roof.”
She further added, “My mom who's been learning classical dancing, Bharatnatyam for a while now, floated this academy in association with her Guru and also a dear friend and another pride of Bhopal, Dr. Lata Munshi. It's an absolute honor and I couldn't be more proud of my mother for initiating and executing something that had been on her mind for the longest time now.”
Divyanka will be soon making her digital debut with Ekta Kapoor’s web series titled Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala opposite Rajeev Khandelwal.
