Actor Karan Singh Grover has been away from TV for the past 6 years. However, now he is all set to make his comeback with Ekta Kapoor’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 wherein he will be seen playing the iconic character of Mr. Bajaj. Not only that, Karan is being paid a huge amount for this role. According to reports, Karan will earn Rs 75 lakhs per month through his comeback show.
Reportedly, Ekta Kapoor was keen to bring Karan in the show but initially, the actor was not ready to return to TV due to long working hours. He was apprehensive of spending so much time on one project. However, Ekta wanted to cast Karan anyhow for Mr. Bajaj’s role and so she made sure to fulfill all his demands. She left no stone unturned to convince him. When Karan demanded a huge amount for his return to TV; she immediately agreed to it. After receiving such a whopping amount, Karan has now become one of the most expensive actors of the Indian Television industry.
If reports are to be believed, Karan Singh Grover’s per day fees is approximately 3 lakhs. With this fee, Karan has also demanded to work only for 12 hours a day and 25 days in a month. And apparently, Ekta Kapoor has agreed to all his demands.
