Like every year, this year too, the makers of Bigg Boss are leaving no stone unturned to bring the popular faces of entertainment industry to their show. As speculation has begun on the contestant line-up already, names like Chunky Panday, Rajpal Yadav, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Ankita Lokhande, Rakesh Vashisth, Mahika Sharma, Himansh Kohli, Dayanand Shetty, Faizy Boo, Ritu Beri, Sonal Chauhan, Fazilpuria and Siddharth Shukla are said to be approached for season 13.
And the latest names to join this long speculative list are Shantanu Maheshwari and his girlfriend Nityami Shirke. Reportedly, the couple has been approached to be a part of this show; however, Shantanu has completely denied this news.
“Bigg Boss mujhse kabhi nahi hoga. I don't think I will be able to give that content which the makers expect. I am not cut out for Bigg Boss,” Shantanu said in a statement. When asked if he was offered this season as well, the actor replied, "I will refrain to answer this (laughs),” Shantanu said in a statement.
There are also reports that the couple might participate in Nach Baliye 9 but there is no official announcement about the same yet. Shantanu has been a part of many reality shows including Boogie Woogie, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9, Khatron Ke Khiladi 8 and World Of Dance. He was last seen in AltBalaji's web-show Medically Yours.
