There were reports about Salman Khan introducing the Nach Baliye 9 jodis in its premiere episode. In fact, the audience also witnessed a glimpse of the actor's hand with his signature bracelet in all the promos. However, seems like there is a twist in the tale.
If reports are to be believed, Salman was supposed to shoot the introductory episode with the contestants. The jodis were all excited to share the stage with Salman; but unfortunately, the actor couldn’t make it to the shoot since his Dabangg 3 schedule extended a bit.

Obviously, the makers had no choice but to ask the contestants to shoot their portions and performances alone. Later on, when Salman gives his next date, they will re-shoot again wearing the same costumes with the superstar.
The show is expected to go on floors by the end of this month.
