Actress Dipika Kakar is on cloud nine these days! The actress who made her comeback on fiction platform after a gap of almost two years with Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum is overwhelmed with all the positive response for the show.
“Bigg Boss definitely made me more popular and took my popularity to another level. Many people asked me what did Bigg Boss do to my career, and I feel it gave me a chance to show my real self. People loved me for myself and not a character, as was the case with Simar,” Dipika Kakar said in a statement.
She further added, “People say that in the industry, luck matters a lot. I feel I am blessed that I have done so well in my career. I never thought that I would become so successful in my career or reach a stage where I will get so much love from the audiences. I am very satisfied with what I have achieved so far.”
When questioned about how she is handling her personal and professional life, the actress replied, “Often women are asked this question, but I think, people should be asking the same to both genders. In fact, when my husband and I were working at the same time, we both had to put in that extra effort to spend time together or with our family. Now, when I am working, there are a lot of things to be managed at home and Shoaib does that very well.”
Apart from KHKT, Bigg Boss 12 and Sasural Simar Ka, Dipika has been part of few more TV shows like Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo, Nach Baliye 8 and Entertainment Ki Raat.
