Actress Sonya Ayodhya, who was last seen as daayan in supernatural series Nazar will soon enter Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. Reportedly, the actress has been roped in to play a pivotal character in the show.
An entertainment portal quoted its source, “Sonyaa has been roped in to play Tanvi, a glamorous, rich and elegant lady, who stays with the Bajaj family. Rishabh's (Karan Singh Grover) aunt treats her like her own daughter."
"Yes, I had given the look test for the show last week and got a confirmation recently. As of now, that's all I can reveal," Sonyaa said in a statement.
Sonyaa has been missing in action on Nazar for the last few months. When asked whether she has quit the show, she responded by saying, "I have not shot for ‘ Nazar ’ since two months & I am not sure about the future of my track. I won't confirm or deny whether I have quit the show or not."
Currently, the show is revolving around the Switzerland track that came after Prerna (Erica Fernandes) and Bajaj's (Karan Singh Grover) marriage. Soon the characters will be back in Mumbai and the audience will witness a twist in the storyline.
Currently, KZK2 happens to one of the most popular shows on Indian television with good TRP rates on the BARC chart.
