TV couple Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij welcomed their first-born, a daughter, on August 21. Announcing the birth of their 'princess', Jay had earlier shared an adorable post on Instagram and thanked their little girl for choosing them as her parents. Not just that, the couple recently asked their fans to suggest name for their daughter, starting with alphabet T or M. And now after much anticipation, Jay and Mahhi have named their daughter Tara Jay Bhanushali and revealed they had got 20,000 names as suggestions.
Sharing an adorable video on Instagram, Jay wrote, "First of all thank you all for the blessing and good wishes for my baby..more than 20 thousand comments and finally me and @mahhivij have finally decided her name so please welcome "TARA JAY BHANUSHALI" star of our eyes and my life #proudfather."
Mahhi too shared the video on her Instagram account and wrote, "We are blessed beyond measure to announce the name of our sweet and lovely little angel TARA JAY BHANUSHALI."
For the unversed, Tara is Jay and Mahhi's first biological child. In 2017, the couple had adopted their caretaker's kids. On the work front, Mahhi was last seen in Balika Vadhu, while Jay is currently anchoring singing-based reality show, Superstar Singer.
