Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is all set to take a generation leap in February 2020. The maker of the show, Rajan Shahi recently took to his Instagram page to inform his fans that the show will witness ‘the next generation of his most loved Jodi’ post the leap.

Talking about the same on Instagram, Rajan Shahi wrote, "BIGGEST LEAP FEB 2020 ON BIGGEST SHOW IS INEVITABLE #NOBODY IS BIGGER THAN A SHOW#BE IT ANYBODY # HUMILITY RESPECT TOWARD A SHOW # HAVE WITH MY DKP TEAM IN THE PAST PROVED THAT #WE LOVE CHALLENGES #2020 FEBURARY #LEAP SOON IN AND ON "BIGGEST SHOW I HAVE PRODUCED TILL DATE AND BIGGEST LEAP. Reportedly, the channel and the producer are still thinking about it. An online portal quoted its source, “Given that the show will be completing 11 years in January, the makers have been planning to revamp the show completely. Their spin-off Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke is doing well and Kaira's story has almost reached its pinnacle. With the final 'milan' soon, the makers plan to focus attention to the next generation of the couple for which new faces will be roped in. Hunt for the same has begun and the producer is keen on launching newcomers with it. Mohsin and Shivangi's future in the show is still not certain."

YRKKH launched in 2009 and happens to be one of the biggest and most successful shows in the history of Indian television industry. Last time, when the show witnessed the generation leap, Hina Khan and Karan Mehra were replaced by Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan.
