Here’s a good news for all the fans of Divyanka Tripathi. The actress, who was last seen in Yeh Hain Mohabbatein, has already bagged her next project. If reports are to be believed, the actress is in talks to for another Ekta Kapoor produced web-series after Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala opposite Rajeev Khandelwal.
Reportedly, Divyanka’s new show will revolve around a character who will take the help of a modern girl to get a makeover. The ‘other girl’ will be seen going bold in the show while Divyanka has chosen not to do any bold roles as she is not comfortable with it. When Divyanka was contacted about the same, she neither confirmed the news nor denied the same. “We are still talking. Ekta has something in her mind,” the actress said in a statement.
The makers are searching for another girl to play an important role in the web-series.
On the work front, Divyanka started her TV journey in 2004 with India's Best Cinestars Ki Khoj in 2004 as one of the contestants. She became a household name after playing the lead role of Vidya in Banoo Main Teri Dulhann starring Sharad Malhotra. Her much-loved show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein came to an end after completing over 1800 episodes co-starring Karan Patel.
