Rashami Desai became a household name with the portrayal of Tapasya in Colors' Uttaran opposite Tinaa Dattaa. After gaining a strong foothold in the television industry, the actress starred with Sidharth Shukla in Dil Se Dil Tak and then took her fan following several notches above with her stint inside the Bigg Boss 13 house recently. With millions of admirers, Rashami has made a permanent place in the hearts of Indian television watchers. Now, as Bigg Boss 13 came to an end a month ago, Rashami is making headlines on the professional front. As per the latest buzz, the actress has been roped to play a negative role in Ekta Kapoor produced Naagin 4. Well, yes. According to reports, Rashami is said to replace Jasmin Bhasin aka Nayantara in the supernatural drama.
While an official confirmation is awaited from Rashami and Ekta, the creative director and producer Mukta Dhond shared a BTS from Naagin 4 sets on her Instagram account. The video featured Rashami shooting for a scene. Dressed in a white and red saree, Rashami had a generous amount of sindoor and a delicate mangalsutra worn. In the Instagram post, Mukta dropped in a hint that Rashami might enter the show during the Holi sequence.

Naagin 4 stars Nia Sharma, Vijayendra Kumeria and Anita Hassanandani amongst others. Talking about Rashami, it is still a surprise whether she will step in as Nayantara or a character with a different identity. Naagin 4 airs every Saturday and Sunday at 8 pm on Colors.
