Mahhi Vij and her husband Jay Bhanushali recently visited the sets of Mujhse Shaadi Karoge to interact with Paras Chhabra and Shehnaaz Gill. In the same episode, Jay got into a verbal spat with Paras over how he needs to be more real and present in the show. After this episode went on-air, few netizens started trolling Mahhi and her daughter Tara which obviously did not go down well with the lady. The trolls targeted Mahhi by body-shaming her and also bringing her daughter in the context.
Replying to one such tweet, Mahhi warned off the troll who has now deleted his tweet, “Don’t get my daughter in between hai dum toh aao samne warna bhokna bandh karo.shame on u people shame on ur family for producing such bad souls”

When Mahhi was contacted to know about this incident, she revealed that one of the users had written, “I will rape your mother." She replied to him that if he has guts, come to Oshiwara police station the next day and meet her there. Yes, she did go to the police station. "I went to Oshiwara police station and waited for this unnamed coward for an hour or so. Of course he didn't turn up. What's more? He even deleted the tweet where he spoke about my mother and along with that all other tweets where he trolled me. I couldn't complaint to the cyber cell as by then he had deleted everything,” Mahhi said in a statement.
