Erica Fernandes, apart from her professional life, has been making headlines for personal life. The actress, who is currently seen playing the role of Prerna Sharma in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, on January 13 this year, surprised her fans by revealing that she has finally found love. While Erica didn't talk about it much, but she confirmed that she isn't engaged. Now, a few months later, the pretty actress disclosed that she has been in a relationship for three years. Erica, during a live interview session, revealed unknown details of her personal life.

During the chat, Erica said that he isn't from the industry and went on to reveal what makes their relationship special and stable. The actress told that every relationship goes through ups and downs but there should be an understanding between the partners. She further added that there is an understanding and compatibility between them and that's how they held it together. "I think all relationships go through ups and downs. However, there should be an understanding between the partners. If one person is angry, the other should let the partner cool down, and discuss the matter politely later. We have this understanding and compatibility between us. That's how we held it together," Erica told.

When asked whether he watches her shows, Erica quipped that he doesn't like to see her romance anyone else. "He does like watching my work, but he doesn't like me romance any other guy. So he doesn't watch it," Erica replied. 

Talking about her link-up rumours with co-stars Shaheer Sheikh and Parth Samthaan, Erica agreed that somewhere it does have an impact on her partner. She said that's why she decided to talk about her relationship in the open.
