Parth Samthaan to resume work on Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 from next week?

Parth Samthaan, after remaining in quarantine for nearly 17 days, tested negative for COVID-19. Currently seen in Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 as Anurag Basu, the shoot of the show was called off after the actor was found positive for the novel Coronavirus on July 12. The rest of the cast including Karan Patel, Pooja Banerjee and Shubhaavi Choksey resumed shooting for the fresh three days later. Erica Fernandes and Aamna Sharif are working on the new episodes from home.

Now, as Parth is with his mother in Pune, the report of an entertainment portal has it that he will return to sets by next week. However, the date isn't yet confirmed, a source close to the development told he will be back in Mumbai soon.

Parth, a few days ago, schooled a Twitter user for alleging that he violated rules of home-quarantine by stepping out of his home that was sealed by the BMC soon after he was tested COVID positive. The person also requested the BMC to take action against him. Parth, in response to this, said he got panic attacks and was isolated for 17 days. "Dear @Suhaasi, yes I have tested negative and I was home quarantined for 17 days which technically is more than 14 .. and last night I had a panic attack so were you willing to take me to the doc?? And now m on my to Pune to spend some much needed time with my family," Parth tweeted.
