Aditya Narayan is all set to marry the love of his life, Shweta Agarwal, in a simple ceremony at a temple today. Ahead of beginning the new chapter with her, Aditya participated in all pre-wedding festivities with a bright smile on his face. The actor-singer's tilak ceremony with Shweta saw his parents, father Udit Narayan and mother Deepa Narayan Jha by the couple's side.
Aditya, who took a break from social media for his wedding, shared inside pictures from his tilak ceremony. The Indian Idol 12 host opted for a teal kurta with brown and orange motifs. Bride-to-be Shweta went for an orange-coloured lehenga. " #ShwetakishaAdi @ibtida.co @thehouseontheclouds," Aditya captioned his post.
Aditya and Shweta posed with the former's parents for a happy family picture. The couple clicked selfies with the guests present at the tilak ceremony.
Aditya's mother Deepa, on Instagram, shared a picture with her son and to-be-daughter-in-law Shweta. "Aditya's Tilak CEREMONY," she wrote.
On November 4, a picture from Aditya and Shweta's roka ceremony went viral on fan clubs.
Aditya and Shweta met on the sets of the film Shaapit. They decided to marry each other after 10 years of being in a relationship. "I met Shweta on the sets of 'Shaapit' and we hit it off instantly. Slowly and gradually, I realised I was head-over-heels in love and started pursuing her. Initially, she wanted to be ‘just friends', because we were both very young and needed to focus on our careers. Like every relationship, we have seen a lot of ups-and-downs over the last 10 years. Marriage is just a formality between us now," Aditya had told a leading daily previously.
