Kamya Punjabi has come out in support of Devoleena Bhattacharjee. In her new tweet, Kamya related to Devoleena’s struggle to get justice for her late friend Divya Bhatnagar against her husband Gagan Gabru whom she alleged of domestic abuse and violence. Kamya recalled how she did the same for her friend Pratyusha Banerjee.
In her tweet, Kamya supported Devoleena and said that she can see herself in her and said that she will pray that Devoleena, Divya and Pratyusha get justice. Kamya also said that a person’s life does not matter these days, people

Devoleena also replied to Kamya and said that she knew what happened then and can see what’s happening now. However, she thanked Kamya for motivating her and showing support.

For the unversed, Kamya fought to get justice for Pratyusha, whose boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh was accused of abetment to suicide. However, he got out on bail later. Kamya fought hard and even released a short film Hum Kuchh Keh Na Sake in an attempt to get Pratyusha justice.
Now, Devoleena has been fighting to get Gagan behind bars for domestic violence and abuse. She had shared several pictures and audiotapes of Divya wherein she claims that Gagan has hit her with a belt and shoes and has threatened her. Gagan is out on bail in a separate molestation case.
