Gauahar Khan said Qubool Hai to Zaid Darbar in an intimate yet grand wedding ceremony held on December 25. The actress made for a royal bride while Zaid complemented her well. The same evening, Gauahar and Zaid hosted a star-studded reception for their industry friends in Mumbai.
Gauahar, for the wedding, opted for a pastel-coloured gharara. Zaid twinned with her in a sherwani of the same colour. Soon after their nikaah, a sweet video surfaced on social media. In the clip, Gauahar, moments before their said 'Qubool Hai', was seen doing Zaid's last-minute touch-up. As his now-wife turned makeup artist for him, he sat down patiently on a chair. While adjusting her bridal dupatta, Gauahar is seen saying something to her now-shauhar.

Later, for the reception, Gauahar wore a golden and maroon Manish Malhotra lehenga and looked absolutely stunning, just like a royal queen out of a fairytale. At the star-studded event, Gauahar set the dance floor on fire with her impromptu performance on her song, Jhalla Wallah from Ishaqzaade. In another video, she can be seen dancing to the same song with Zaid who is the son of music director Ismail Darbar.
On the dance floor, she was joined by her Zangoora – The Gypsy Prince's co-star Hussain Kuwajerwala. Zangoora is the first Bollywood musical. They danced to Parda from Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai.
Gauahar and Zaid were seen dancing to a romantic number on the stage.
