Television's favourite couple, Nakuul Mehta and Jankee Parekh Mehta are major couple goals. From their fun banters to beautiful pictures, they always win the hearts of fans with their chemistry. Today, the parents-to-be are celebrating their 9th wedding anniversary. Making the day special for each other, Nakuul and Jankee shared adorable posts on social media.
Nakuul, on his Instagram, shared a picture of two photo frames with solo photos of him and Jankee from their wedding. The actor is seen in an off-white sherwani and pink pagdi while Jankee's picture is a monochrome one. She is seen wearing a lehenga. "You, are my home! Anniversary love & beyond, @jank_ee ," he captioned the post.
Mom-to-be Jankee shared a small video clip. It seems the footage was shot recently as Jankee is flaunting her baby bump and Nakuul can't help but adore her. She wrote, "I am so glad that our paths crossed ‘coz life Just wouldn’t be the same. Thank you for choosing me as your soulmate Here’s to yet another year of making memories together. I love you"
Talking to a magazine about his love story with Jankee, Nakuul said, "Our story is a ‘straight out of a Nicholas Sparks novel meets Amit Trivedi music on Anurag Basu visuals’ kind of story. I met Jankee at a Shiamak Davar Dance Summer Camp right after she graduated from her 10th and I had finished my 12th. It was love at every sight for me, and it kept growing until I managed to make awkward introductions. I played the proverbial best friend whilst making every effort to win acquiescence. She eventually relented, and I hope she doesn’t regret that too much."
The couple is expecting their first child soon.
