Television's most adored couple Mohit Malik and Addite Shirwaikar Malik are expecting their first child soon. Addite, known for roles in shows like Shararat, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and others, is pretty active on social media. Now, as the mom-to-be is gearing up to welcome her baby, she opted for a maternity photoshoot at home considering the second wave of COVID-19.
Allowing her pregnancy glow to do the talking, Addite went for comfortable outfits and minimal glam. In one of the pictures, she is seen flaunting her baby bump. Calling the maternity period 'enriching', the actress said she is nervous about the 'arrival of the little life'. She wrote, "I try to keep myself calm, I try to tell myself I am ready, I tell myself I am strong. But yes its an overwhelming journey, the thought of creation, the ups and downs a woman goes through and the anxiousness and nervousness of the arrival of a little life soon, which right now grows inside me. And its yet one of the most enriching journeys, one that has made me grateful to be a woman, to be able to share a body with this little soul that will soon be coming into this world...."
For the photoshoot, Addite opted for a yellow sweatshirt and black shorts. She shared some more pictures on Instagram.
In February, Mohit and Addite's families hosted a baby shower for the latter. The actress wore an ocean blue Kanjeevaram saree and teamed it up with floral accessories.
Addite and Mohit tied the knot in 2010.
