Asha Negi takes a jibe at celebrities posting vaccination videos, tells them 'itni overacting mat kiya karo'

The Government of India has opened a vaccination drive for all above the age of 18. The decision was welcomed by celebrities who are now appealing to their fans to take their doses at the earliest to curb the spread of COVID-19. As many of them are getting vaccinated, they are documenting their experience on social media with videos and pictures. Some of them even captured their 'fear' of injections on camera.

Due to this, Asha Negi, on Instagram, took a jibe at all those celebrities who are uploading videos of taking the jab on social media. The actress asked them to stop overacting. "To all the actors who are uploading their vaccination videos… yaar awareness ke liye thik hai but please itni overacting mat kiya karo, bohot annoying ho jaata hai," she wrote in a post. The caption of the post read, "Please yaar! Aur haan log pooch rahe hain videographer khud le ja rahe ho ya hospital is providing?"

Well, while Asha didn't take any names, some were quick to judge that it was an indirect jibe at Ankita Lokhande and Arti Singh who seemed visibly scared during their vaccination. Ankita, in a video, was seen praying while getting her vaccine shot. In a viral video, Arti closed her eyes tightly as she took the first dose of the vaccine.
