The sitcom is home to many talented artists including Dilip Joshi, who plays the character of Jethalal Champaklal Gada. Today, as Dilip is celebrating his birthday, fans on Twitter are showering him with love.

But did you know that before becoming a household name as Jethalal, Dilip did brief roles in films like Maine Pyar Kiya and Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! to name a few? Well, yes. Dilip, who has been in the entertainment industry for over 30 years, has done films like Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani, Humraaz and What's Your Raashee?. He featured in TV shows like Do Aur Do Paanch, Kora Kagaz, Yeh Duniya Hai Rangeen and many others.
