Asim Riaz, who rose to fame after his stint in Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 13, recently turned rapper with his song Back To Start. The actor-model got a great response for his song and revealed his girlfriend Himanshi Khurrana also liked it. While talking about the song, Asim also revealed that he was offered Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 but turned it down as he wishes to concentrate on his music for the time being.
Talking about the response to Back to Start, Asim Riaz said, "I am very happy that people are giving my song so much love. This was my first song as a singer and now because of the love I have received from the audience I am going to bring another song soon. I will be singing it too." He further added, "I wrote this song when I was struggling in my life. Many people used to tell me 'You won't make it in this line (showbiz), your time will never come.' So, with all those thoughts I wrote this song in 2015. My purpose with this rap is not to humiliate anyone, it's just the feeling of my heart that I've spoken through rap."

Asim revealed that his girlfriend Himanshi Khurana and friends Rashami Desai and Vishal Aditya Singh liked his song. "After Bigg Boss 13, I am still in touch with Rashami and Vishal. Both of them have loved my rap and they have also shared my song on their social media handles. Himanshi also liked the song a lot because first it's in Punjabi and the other is she liked my rap very much."
Speaking about Himanshi, Asim added, "I have no qualms talking about Himanshi, but when people start connecting my personal and professional life, then I feel a little weird. I think it's good if you keep the two separate."
On refusing to do KKK11, Asim said, "I refused to be on Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 because I wanted to focus more on my music and songs for the time being and that's what I am doing right now. Many more of my songs are also going to be released very soon and I sincerely hope that my work will get a lot of love from the audience."
