An unseen video of Rupali Ganguly, who is currently playing the titular role in the popular show Anupamaa is going viral online. The clip is from Rupali’s audition for the serial. Her husband, Ashwin K Verma confirmed in the comments that the video is from her audition from last year.
Anupamaa, is one of the top programmes on television in which Rupali plays a Gujarati homemaker, who makes sacrifices for her husband and family becoming an ideal wife, daughter-in-law and mother. However, she is taken for granted by her family members and when she realizes that she sets out to live life on her own terms.
The series also stars Sudhanshu Pandey and Madalsa Sharma. Currently, Rupali and the team are shooting in Gujarat as shoots remain stalled in Maharashtra due to the spread of Covid-19 in the state.
