Arshi Khan, who shot to fame with Bigg Boss, is returning to television with her own Swayamvar. The model will be finding her Mr. Right on the show titled Ayenge Tere Sajna. Arshi confirmed the news to an entertainment portal and said the shoot will begin in the next 1-2 months. According to reports, Rahul Mahajan will be hosting the reality show.

"The name of the show is Ayenge Tere Sajna and it's underway. The channel hasn't been finalised but all the preparations required for the show have been made. We couldn't start shooting because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Even we didn't want to begin shooting in these times. We might begin shooting in the next one or two months," Arshi told.

Arshi further clarified that the show will help her understand what kind of a partner she is looking for. "I am not looking for a sajna but it's just a reality show for me. What kind of guy I like, that I will understand after I meet the boys. How can I say if I want Shah Rukh or Salman. Married men will not be in my swayamvar. I don't want married men. I like them just on Bigg Boss," she added. For the unversed, Arshi participated in Bigg Boss 11 and flirted with Hiten Tejwani. She entered Bigg Boss 14 as a challenger and was attracted towards Abhinav Shukla. 

Arshi also said, "I am very excited about the show. Preparations are also underway for it, from clothes to styling. Let me tell you that my swayamvar is going to have a lot of spice and people will enjoy watching it."

The trend of Swayamvar on national television was started by Rakhi Sawant in 2009. Soon after Rakhi Ka Swayamwar, we saw Rahul Dulhaniya le Jayenge (2009) ft. Rahul Mahajan, Ratan Rajput's Ratan Ka Rishta (2011) and then Shehnaaz Gill and Paras Chhabra's Mujhse Shaadi Karoge (2020).
