Anita Hassanandani refutes reports of quitting acting, says 'Aaravv is my priority, will resume work when I’m ready'

Anita Hassanandani has now clarified that she is not quitting her 'first love' acting. Reports of the actress leaving the film and TV industry started doing the rounds on the internet after she gave a statement hinting at quitting acting. 

However, now the actress has clarified on Twitter that she is focusing on her son Aaravv Reddy right now and will resume work whenever she is ready. The actress tweeted, "It’s all over that I’m quitting my first love ACTING I never said that…. All I said was that my focus right now is my child…. Aaravv is my priority… I will resume work when I’m ready"

In a recent interview, Anita had said, "I had decided that whenever I would have a child, I would leave the industry and let go of my work. I always wanted to focus on being a mother. So it's not about the pandemic, I would have either way left the industry, pandemic or no pandemic. I want to be at home with my kid".

Anita is a famous name in the television industry. She has been a part of iconic shows like Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and Naagin 3. Anita married Rohit Reddy in 2013 and welcomed her son in February this year.
