Shehnaaz Gill made heads turn with her jaw-dropping transformation in the last 1 year. The Punjabi actress who won hearts with her stint in Bigg Boss 13 lost oodles of weight and is impressing all with her dedication towards fitness. On Tuesday, Shehnaaz hosted her 1st YouTube live to connect with her fans. During the live session, a fan told Shehnaaz that she looked prettier during her Bigg Boss 13 days.
After taking a brief pause, Shehnaaz told that she has always considered herself pretty. The actress added that the industry wants slim girls and to get work, she has to be in the right shape. "Thank you so much. She was me and this is also me. I considered myself pretty then and I still do. So, that's what it is. If you think I should go back to that look, I can do that anytime. It is not a difficult thing. I just have to eat more. That look is also my favourite. But the thing is that you won't get any work in the industry if you are not slim enough," Shehnaaz told.

Shedding light on her diet, Shehnaaz said, "My team keeps telling me to stop taking sugar and salt. But all that is bakwas. It’s important to keep a check on the quantity. You soon get into a habit of eating less and that’s the key to shed the extra weight." The actress shared that she doesn't like sweating out in the gym much and diet has played an important role in helping her shed the extra kilos. She revealed her daily meal plan and said she has moong for breakfast with tea. For lunch, she has dal, chawal and sabzi. Her dinner includes milk.
During her YouTube live, Shehnaaz also spoke about her upcoming projects and revealed that she has a number of ad films in her kitty. The actress shared with her fans that she has struggled a lot to reach where she is today. She said she doesn't want to stop and wants only the best for her after years of hard work.
