Abhinav Kohli and Shweta Tiwari's public spat seems to be never-ending. The estranged couple has been fighting for their son Reyansh's custody. Abhinav has time and again spoken against Shweta and also claimed that she left Reyansh in some hotel before leaving for Cape Town. Abhinav even filed an application in the court after Shweta shared CCTV footage accusing him of physically assaulting the child.
Now, in the latest development, Abhinav has moved the court for the cancellation of interim bail. The actor's lawyer told an entertainment portal, "Shweta had gone away to South Africa for shooting without informing the court. We have moved the court and hearing of the case wherein she has to file a reply in the case." Abhinav has also moved the court for Reyansh's custody and the hearing of the case is on Wednesday.
Abhinav and Shweta's feud surfaced on social media once again after the latter left for Cape Town to participate in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 in the month of May. Abhinav accused Shweta of not informing him and the court about their son Reyansh's whereabouts. Shweta denied the claims and said her mother and daughter Palak are looking after Reyansh. When things went out of control, Shweta shared the CCTV footage on Instagram, which has been deleted now.
After this, Abhinav shared proof that Reyansh was afraid of his mother and didn't want to stay with her. Later, the matter went to court.
