Salman Khan's Bigg Boss has been one of the most popular reality shows on Indian television. With a huge and strong fan base, the show is awaited with bated breath. This year, the makers of Bigg Boss have opted for a new 'Digital First' concept. According to this format, the makers will start a series titled Bigg Boss OTT on Voot Select in the month of August. After 6 weeks, it will move seamlessly onto TV as Bigg Boss 15.
Salman, who has been the host of the show for the longest time, will reportedly return to the stage for Bigg Boss 15. According to reports, the makers are now considering a new host for Bigg Boss OTT. Reportedly, Sidharth Shukla, Karan Wahi and Maniesh Paul are in talks to host the digital segment. As per the buzz, Bigg Boss OTT will premiere on Voot Select on August 8 with the new host.

Bigg Boss OTT will give the audience the power to hand-pick the contestants, and have a say in their tasks and exit from the show. Talking about the same, Ferzad Palia, head, Voot Select, had told a leading daily, "Bigg Boss has grown to become India’s biggest entertainment property. The launch of Bigg Boss OTT on our platform is another step towards solidifying our ‘Digital First’ approach. We are confident that our subscribers will enjoy our 24-hour live feeds, interactivity and gaming."
The list of contestants is yet to be confirmed.
