Now, as Akshay has become the first big star to release his much-awaited film BellBottom in theatres after the second lockdown, he marked his presence on the set of The Kapil Sharma Show.
The Kapil Sharma Show is returning to television after a brief break. Being the first guest of the new season, Akshay promises to make it a memorable episode. As always, Akshay and Kapil are ready to evoke laughter from The Kapil Sharma Show's audience. On Saturday, Kapil shared a picture with Akshay from the set. The Bollywood superstar, who generally pulls the comedian's leg on the show, was seen touching his feet. Well, their Instagram banter too can't be missed!
According to reports, the new season of The Kapil Sharma Show will premiere on August 21. However, there is no official confirmation. It seems this time Sumona Chakravarti won't be joining Kapil, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Bharti Singh, Archana Puran Singh, Chandan Prabhakar and Sudesh Lehri.
BellBottom, directed by Ranjit M Tewari, will release in theatres on August 19 in 2D and 3D. The film also stars Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta, Huma Qureshi and Adil Hussain.
