Kishwer Merchantt and Suyyash Rai recently took to social media to poke fun at their own son Nirvair Rai after they had his hair shaved for his mundan ceremony (child’s first haircut after his birth). The proud parents made a celebration of the ceremony by sharing a video that featured the ‘then and now’ pics of Nirvair along with the attendance of both sets of his grandparents.
Kishwer and Suyyash introduced their son as ‘Ganju Rai’ (bald Rai) and captioned the video, “Presenting our Ganju Rai @nirvair.rai #SuyyashRai #kishwermerchant #saadireelsaadifeel #Sukishkababy #trendingreels #ticktickboom #babyboy #babyreels #mundan."
In the video, Kishwer and Suyyash can be seen posing in front of a wall decorated with balloons and the hoarding, “No hair don’t care,” holding Nirvair in their arms. Kishwer was in a pink dress while Suyyash wore a blue kurta pyjama and Nirvair had his baby hair intact. In the jump transition we get to see the parents twinning in matching T-shirts that bore the captions ‘Ganju Bunny ki Mumma’ (bald bunny's mother) and ‘Ganju Bunny ka Baba’ (bald bunny's father) respectively and Nirvair was devoid of any hair on his head.
They shared some pictures from the ceremony too along with a picture of their parents who wore personalized grandparent tees for their grandson’s mundane ceremony. Kishwer and Suyyash had welcomed Nirvair, their first child on August 27, 2021.
