Here's a look at actor Gananay Chadha’s impressive fitness transformation


“Two to three hours a day of just consistent, aggressive hard work” of all the actors who had to pack on muscles for the business, one in recent memory who has taken to the task with such zeal, and notable success, has to be Gananay Chadha. His Instagram @gananay_7 is exploding with his recent photoshoots & workout videos. A source close to the actor reveals that he is prepping for his big Bolly debut which explains the shocking body transformation. 

To stay in shape, Chadha eats a variety of proteins like egg whites, tandoori chicken, and grilled fish along with whole grains such as chapatis. He also incorporates a variety of protein shakes into his daily routine. His daily routine consists of cardio, weight training, functional training, and outdoor sports like swimming, badminton, cycling etc which is specially designed by celebrity trainer Vishal Musale.

“For me, working out and eating healthy has gradually become a part of my lifestyle. I am careful about what and how much I eat but I do not deprive myself of anything. I don't indulge in crash diets. I feel workouts and healthy eating should be a part of everyone’s lifestyle” said Gananay Chadha.
