Tejasswi Prakash reveals being body shamed in school for being extremely skinny, says ‘people used to call me a hanger’

Tejasswi Prakash has emerged as one of the most popular names in the television industry today. With her big win at Bigg Boss 15 she has only cemented her place in the industry and is going strength-from-strength now headlining Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 6. The actress is on a personal high as well as she has found the love of her life in Karan Kundrra, who participated alongside her in Bigg Boss 15. However, Tejasswi in a recent interview revealed that she was body shamed in school for being extremely thin and was called a ‘hanger’.

In an interaction with an online portal, Tejasswi Prakash revealed how she was body shamed during her school days. She shared, “I used to be extremely skinny in school. Like people used to call me a hanger. I was extra skinny. So when we used to play on our school’s playground then people used to tell me ‘Keep a Rs 5 coin in your pocket or you’ll fly away.’”

However, now there is no stopping Tejasswi and she is loved for her enviable figure. Her fans are eagerly waiting for her to tie the knot with her beau Karan. Since the couple has not rubbished the rumours, TejRan fans are eagerly waiting for the official announcement.

She will be seen in her first Marathi film Mann Kasturi Re. The film is slated to release on November 4.
