Falguni Pathak and Neha Kakkar's feud over the recreation of the former's Maine Payal Hai Chhankai made headlines throughout last week. The veteran singer slammed the song titled O Sajna featuring Neha with Dhanashree Verma Chahal and Priyank Sharma. Now, amid the social media war, Falguni shot for a Navratri special episode of Indian Idol 13. For the unversed, Neha is judging the singing reality show with Vishal Dadlani and Himesh Reshammiya.
In the latest promo of Indian Idol 13, as shared on Sony TV's official Instagram handle, Neha welcomed Falguni on the show. The singer said, "Bohot hi acha din hain aaj, theatre round hain, aur iske shurwat hum matarani k naam leke kare usse jyada khubsoorat kuch nahi ho sakta. Humare beech legendary Falguni ma'am aayi hain." Post this, the team of Indian Idol 13 danced while Falguni was singing a song.
Days before, Falguni reacted to O Sajna and told a leading daily, "I got to know about the remixed version three-four days back. The first reaction was not good. I was like, mujhe bas ulti aani baaki thi, aisa ho gaya tha." In another statement, she reacted to a fan who asked her to sue Neha for ruining Maine Payal Hai Chhankai. She said, "I wish I could but the rights are not with me."
