Hiten Tejwani is all set to star in Ekta Kapoor’s television serial Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 in a new role. The promo of the serial was shared by the official channel that shows Nakuul Mehta as Ram Kapoor and Hiten as Lakhan. The actor will be playing Nakuul Mehta's younger brother in the serial, who has quit the show after playing Ram Kapoor for one and a half years. Hiten also spoke about joining the show to an online portal.
The channel shared the promo with the caption, “Badalne wale hain Ram ke liye rishton ke maayne, jab woh ateet ka parda giraakar aayenge uske saamne! Talking to an online portal, Hiten revealed details about his character and said, “My character is called Lakhan. I am younger brother to Ram (played by Nakuul Mehta). It will be different. It's interesting role and important for the storyline.”
He also spoke about replacing a popular face on the show and called it a daunting task and said, “I have been with Balaji and it is home for me. Over a period of time, things have changed. It's more organized and everything is more chilled out and relaxed. Yes, I am very excited and looking forward to it. I'm just waiting for audiences reaction. Once my entry comes in, let's see how it goes and what people have to say."
