Television actress Tunisha Sharma committed suicide on the sets of her serial Alibaba – Dastaan-e-Kabul on Saturday. A case of abetment to suicide was registered against her ex-boyfriend Sheezan Khan under Section 306 of the IPC soon after. Ever since, several new details are coming in every now and then regarding the investigation. Now it is being said that Sheezan's secret girlfriend has been questioned by the Mumbai police.
The Waliv Police in Maharashtra on Wednesday said that TV actor Tunisha Sharma's death case accused Sheezan Khan's "secret girlfriend" also deleted her conversations with him. The police said that they seized the mobile phone of Sheezan's "secret girlfriend" after recording her statement to retrieve the deleted chats. Sheezan too had deleted his chats with the woman, a part of which has already been retrieved by the police.
"Many important chats have been found on the mobile of the accused, during the investigation which has revealed that the accused started avoiding Tunisha after the breakup. Tunisha used to message him repeatedly, but the accused avoided her by not replying to her," the police said on December 31.
