Fashion and passion was present aplenty on day three of Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2019 at Jio Garden. People-watching was particularly pronounced at delightful designer Payal Singhal’s show on the runway. Her friends (and she has so many) were all there to show their support. Of course, they were all wearing Payal Singhal. Seen dressed in Payal Singhal were Kim Sharma, Tanishaa Mukerji, Krystal D’Souza, Mansi Gagroo, Malika Dua, Rochelle Rao and Shibani Dandekar.
They arrived well on time, not fashionably late, and naturally, they were escorted to the VIP lounge to chill and thrill before the models could strut their stuff on the ramp, dressed in Payal Singhal and carrying chic Caprese bags.

Payal’s friends had a bite of hors d’oeuvres from Joss and a drink or two at the lounge. Don’t think all of them were drinking the strong stuff but on offer at the bar were Glenlivet, Chivas Regal, Absolut, Beefeater, Chandon bubbly, Sula wines and Simba beer.
Of course, people-watching was also seen at all the other shows of the day, both on the Runway at the Studio. The Runway shows: Integument, SWGT, ESSE, Sayantan Sarkar, Tahweave, Rajdeep Ranawat, SVA by Sonam & Paras Modi, Corcal Bone & Beauty’s EKA and Anavila. The Studio shows: Plasticfantastic by Kanika Goyal, 6Degree presentation of Parvathi Dasari, Caste no Bar by Dimpy and Krunao, Sukriti and Aakriti, Gazal Mishra and Grado presentation of Ashish N Soni.
