The day two of the Lakme Fashion Week was high on fashion, the sustainable way. We witnessed a lot of designers showcase their collection keeping in mind the sustainability factor.
Ritu Kumar in collaboration with EcoVero served us a sartorial treat with her collection, 'Nature's Origami'. As the name suggests, the collection was really an ode to nature, but with an exotic twist.
Keeping in mind the sustainability factor, the label displayed bold indie prints and subtle mirror embellishments in the shades of bold colours. Roaring reds, blazing blues and gorgeous green took over the atelier in the forms of flowy kaftans, chic maxi dresses and sexy tops. Hues like popping yellow and perky pinks were quite prominent as well.

Indie turbans, boots, tasselled earrings served as perfect accessories. From structured shoulders to billowy sleeves, we saw it all!
Closing the show was the gorgeous Aditi Rao Hydari who left us mesmerized in a bold printed cut out dress and sexy boots.
Well, one can certainly tell that the Day Two of this fashion extravaganza ended on a high sartorial note. What are your thoughts?
