The much-awaited, in-person FDCI x Lakme Fashion Week, held in the capital may have come to an end but the sartorial magic still continues to linger. Letting go of its ‘phygital’ format, the gala set the sartorial guns blazing on the runway in form of extravagant presentations and mesmerizing collections.

Of course, the icing on the cake were the glamourous show stoppers who concluded the show, gliding on the runway, in full glory. Making it quite a star-studded affair, the fashion week witnessed many of our tinsel town divas and dapper men posing as the showstoppers dressing in the designer’s glamourous creation. With that being said, mentioned below are the celebrity showstoppers who set the virtual runway on fire with their steamy strut.

ANANYA PANDAY

Lakme’s brand ambassador Ananya set the runway ablaze showcasing designer duo Falguni Shane Peacock’s glittery and glamourous collection at the season finale.

SHANAYA KAPOOR AND SIDDHANT CHATURVEDI

Gen Z fashionista Shanaya Kapoor and the ever-handsome Siddhant Chaturvedi played muses for Manish Malhotra’s illuminating ‘Diffuse’ collection.

JANHVI KAPOOR

Janhvi did a steamy strut for Punit Balana’s ‘Lakshmi’ in a peppy red lehenga teamed with a backless choli.

KRITI SANON

Kriti personified elegance in a strapless black corset gown elevated with mesh details and embellishment as she turned showstopper for Tarun Tahiliani’s Luxury Pret collection.

KANGANA RANAUT

Kangna graced the runway twice, modeling for Varun Chakkilam and the KVIC presentation. Not to mention both times she unveiled an ethnic extravaganza.

MIRA RAJPUT KAPOOR

Mira walked straight out of a fairytale and onto the runway in an embellished lehenga set modeling for Aisha Rao’s ‘Divergence’ collection

NEHA DHUPIA BEDI

Neha brought some breezy vibes with her floral, printed maxi as she turned muse for aLL’s latest collection.

DIVYA KHOSLA KUMAR

Divya carved out an elegant picture as she glided in an embroidered, paneled lehenga and ornate choli walking for Sejal Kamdar’s ‘Galaxies 2022’ collection.

POOJA HEGDE

Pooja looked dreamy in a sage green floral embroidered and embellished lehenga as she did the strut for designer Keerthi Kadire’s “Alezaeh” collection.

NARGIS FAKHRI

Showstopper Nargis looked resplendent walking in an intricately embroidered Kalidar floor-length kurta from Roma Agarwal’s ‘Jharoka’ collection.

SANJANA SANGHI

Sanjana personified the modern mermaid in an electrifying metallic pink mini dress from Pankaj and Nidhi’s Summer 2022 line titled ‘Marbella.’

Mrunal personified a boho bride as she closed the show for JJ Valaya's ‘Rumeli’ collection.

Masoom carved out an ethnic picture strutting the ramp for Varun Bahl in an intricately detailed floral lehenga from his latest collection ‘Quintessential’

SOHA ALI KHAN

Soha made for a peppy muse as she did the strut in a white corset blouse and layered pastel midi skirt for the INFID Launchpad show.

HARNAAZ SANDHU

Miss Universe 2021, Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, looked absolutely gorgeous donning an auburn velvet halter gown as she closed SHIVAN & NARRESH’s latest collection “Fresconian Series”

Shruti oozed gothic charm in bandhani separates as she walked for Antar-Agni’s latest collection.
