It was quite a unique, sustainability-focused show as RISE Worldwide and FDCI presented Ruchika Sachdeva’s Bodice at Lakme Fashion Week in partnership with FDCI at Jio World Garden.

Launched was the spring-summer ’23 collection, celebrating the triumph of colour with an array of fluid silhouettes. Sundresses stand out and wardrobe staples are refined to elevated daywear.

The collection introduced silhouettes that transition seamlessly from a work meeting to luncheons and sundowners. This includes asymmetrical tent tops with tie-up details at the waist, pleated shirt dresses and flared out trousers, all underlined by signature Bodice binding.

On view were bright pinks, tangerines and electric blues alongside the unbleached hue of kora, adding just the right amount of restraint in a radiant colour palette.
