Actress Kim Sharma is in legal trouble. Her former domestic help, Ether Khes has lodged a complaint against the actress stating that she "manhandled" her over a "mistake" she committed while washing her clothes.
Khes has mentioned in the complaint that she did Kim's laundry on May 21 and forgot to separate the whites from the dark clothes. This caused one of the actress' black blouses "bled on her white T-shirt". The woman said, "After the clothes were washed, I noticed that a black blouse had bled into a white tee. I realised my mistake and went to tell her about it immediately. She pushed me out of the house, telling me not to return. She even hurled unparliamentary words at me".
Khes has also claimed that Kim even refused to settle her salary, which led her to file a complaint on June 27, after her repeated attempts requesting for the salary vent in vain.

However, when a leading daily asked Kim to comment on the matter, the actress refused that she assaulted Khes. She said, "Khes has been told that her dues would be cleared on the seventh. I did not beat her. She ruined my clothes worth over Rs 70,000. I only asked her to leave after she did that".
As mentioned by Khar Police, a non-cognisable offence has been registered under sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) of the IPC. As per the law, this gives freedom to the complainant to move the court for further legal action.
More details in the case are awaited!
