Singer Mika Singh reports of theft of jewellery and cash worth 3 Lakhs; his employee suspected

Bollywood's leading singer and performer Mika Singh has always made headlines, mostly he has been in the limelight for the wrong reasons. This time, a report has been filed by his manager on his behalf for robbery and theft. The case is being overlooked by Oshiwara Police Station.

The singer reported a theft of jewellery worth Rs. 3 Lakhs and cash amounting to Rs. 1 Lakh. The theft is said to have taken place between 3 pm to 4 pm on Monday. The singer's employee Ankit Vasan came across as a prime suspect after going through the building's CCTV footages. The singer also reported that since the incident, he has been MIA.

When a leading daily contacted the Oshiwara Police Department, senior police inspector Shailesh Pasalwar said, "A case under section 381(theft by clerk or servant) of the IPC has been registered against Ankit. We are trying to trace him."

Earlier he was in news for booking an entire first class in an Emirates Airlines carrier on his way to Dubai, only so that he could avoid any disturbances. Like that wasn't surprising enough, he posted a video on his Instagram page, showing off the empty class and said, "Today, I had a great show in Dallas. There was a time when Michael Jackson used to say that he wants to travel alone and today, I want to travel alone. I want no disturbance, ek bhi aadmi mujhe first class mein nazar nahi aana chaiye (no one should be in my purview), so I booked the entire first class for myself."
