The Goa police has lodged a complaint against Bollywood actor Prateik Babbar for rash driving and dashing into a scooter on Wednesday. As per reports, the incident happened around 8:30 pm in Porvorim on Panaji-Mapusa highway. Paulo Correa, the complainant, accused that the actor rammed into his vehicle when he was riding with his sister and after the accident, Prateik used filthy language against him and assaulted them.

The actor has reportedly been booked under booked under section 184 of the Motor Vehicles act. Police inspector, Porvorim, Paresh Naik revealed, "We have registered the case of an accident under the Motor Vehicle Act. One person was injured, but not seriously."

On the other hand, Prateik has filed a counter-complaint against Paulo Correa for smashing his car's window-shield and claimed that it led to an altercation between them. However, when the actor was taken for a medical examination, he refused to take it. Additionally, both their statements are to be recorded and interrogation in the case will begin today, October 11.

Until no official statement, we have to wait how this turns out for the actor. Prateik is the son of veteran actor Raj Babbar and was last seen in Rishi Kapoor and Taapsee Pannu starrer Mulk.
