The Narcotics Control Bureau had arrested Arjun Rampal's girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades' brother Agisilaos Demetriades in October this year amid the Bollywood drug nexus. Two months after his arrest, a special narcotics court, on Tuesday, granted him bail.
A special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) court granted Agisilaos bail on a surety of Rs. 50,000 and has asked him to submit his passport. Agisilaos can't leave the country without informing the NCB.

Agisilaos was arrested by the NCB after conducting a raid at a resort in Lonavala. He was said to be found with drugs. Agisilaos had secured bail in October, but he wasn't released as the NCB had filed an FIR in another drug-related issue.
